Joseph C. McGinley, MD, PhD
Dr. McGinley is a board-certified diagnostic radiologist. He holds a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a PhD in Physiology from Temple University. He completed his residency and fellowship at Stanford University. Dr. McGinley is the founder and CEO of McGinley Orthopedic Innovations, LLC., as well as President and CEO of McGinley Manufacturing. He is also founder and CEO of McGinley Education, a company focusing on physician education of the latest techniques in interventional sports medicine. He currently holds over 100 patents.

Alejandro Badia, MD, FACS
Hand and Upper extremity surgeon at Badia Hand to Shoulder Center in Doral, Florida. Dr. Badia co-founded the MARC (Miami Anatomical Research Center) Institute. He is Past worldwide President of the International Society for Sport Traumatology of the Hand. He also launched OrthoNOW, the first immediate orthopedic care center in South Florida, franchising it in early 2013.
Daniel R. Fischel, JD
Founder, Chairman, and President of Compass Lexecon (formerly Lexecon), a wholly owned subsidiary of FTI Consulting Inc. University of Chicago Law Emeritus and former Dean and former Professor at the University of Chicago Graduate school of Business.

John N. Kastanis, MBA, FACHE
Health Care Consultant. An accomplished health system executive with significant experience in learning, teaching and specialty hospitals. His core expertise is in strategic planning, governance, fund development, academic medicine, while also managing large Medicaid and Medicare patient populations. He has served as President and CEO at University Hospital, Temple University Hospital, and the Hospital for Joint Diseases Orthopedic Institute, among several others. In his numerous leadership roles, he has a proven record of success with financial turnarounds, mergers and performance improvement.


Dick McGinity, DBA
President Emeritus of the University of Wyoming. Prior to joining UW's faculty in 2007, Dr. McGinity was a general partner in a Boston-based venture capital fund until starting his own investment banking firm serving technology firms and their founders. He has extensive transaction experience, has served on numerous boards of publicly-traded and private companies, holds degrees from Princeton and Harvard, and was deployed three times to Vietnam as a Navy Pilot.
Michael J. Milne, MD, MBA
Healthcare Investor and Advisor. Dr. Milne is an ambulatory Surgical Center Development partner. He's the Revenue Cycle Management company Chairman and CEO, specializing in orthopedic practices and related ancilliaries. He is the former Head Team Physician/Head Team Orthopedic Surgeon for the St. Louis Cardinals MLB baseball club. He also has over fifteen years of clincal experience. Dr. Milne is the founder of two orthopedic surgery practices, two surgery centers, medical office building management, an imaging center, and a RCM/medical billing company.


Kyle True, PE
Petroleum Engineer. Mr. True is the founder of a series of companies which include oil production, oilfield services, automotive repair, information technology, and others. He is currently developing patented technologies in the areas of solid media environmental remediation and ore processing.
